Cardio Kickboxing has arrived! Check out the flyer.

Classes are offered:
    Mon and Wed   11:00 am - 11:45 am
    Tues and Fri     6:45 pm - 7:30 pm
     
The 2009 Qualicum Beach Gasshuku was held at Qualicum Beach, Vancouver Island, B.C. Canada from July 3 - 5 with Instructor, Nakamura Sensei.
