Junior class: Ages 7 - 8 Yrs (30 minutes)

- 5 minutes of warm up exercises
- meditation and bow in
- 5 minutes of basic techniques
- 5 minutes of cardio & strength exercise (fun animal exercise) 
- 5 minutes of kata training
- 5 minutes of fun games
- meditation, talk about (Respect / Manners / etc...)
- bow out
- clean up the floor

Junior class: Ages 9 - 13 Yrs (45 minutes)

- meditation and bow in
- 5 minutes of warm up exercises
- 10 minutes of basic techniques
- 10 minutes of kata training
- 5 minutes of focus pads or other skill training
- 10 minutes of fun games or sparring for advance juniors
- meditation, talk about (Respect / Manners / etc...)
- bow out
- clean up the floor

Teen class: Ages 13-17 Yrs (1 hour)

- meditation and bow in
- 10 minutes of warm up & strengthening exercises
- 10 minutes of basic techniques
- 10 minutes of focus pads exercises
- 10 minutes of kata training
- 15 minutes of self defense or other skill training
- meditation, talk about (Respect / Manners / etc...)
- bow out
- clean up the floor
